and it deserves to be accepted, embraced, and loved.


It can take time to become confident in the skin that you're in, especially to get to the level of loving it.


but it's so worth it. Noticing it and accepting that there’s thought patterns that are hurting you is the FIRST step to feeling better!


Because loving your body filters through EVERY other area of your life.


You start to see your worth, you set boundaries easier, you know what you deserve, you do things you'd never do otherwise..
